Breakdown Hero Technician is the recovery and roadside app to get alerts of nearby jobs and help customers in a breakdown situation.Technicians (Heroes) can accept or reject jobs, see job and location details, and navigate to the customer, once a job is accepted.
Additional services,such as parts or fuel, can be added on-scene with the app.

Heroes can also refer jobs they receive directly, but can't do, back into the Hero Network.
This ensures they can look after their own customers and earn a referral fee.
